How I Came to This Work and Where It Has Led Me
Through the years of tending to my inner world and moving into a slow intentional rhythm, I experienced how much can shift when the body is given enough time, safety, and space to respond in its own way. This is when the calling for bodywork awakened within me.
I approach each body with openness rather than assumption — to listen for what is present, noticing how the body responds, and allow the work to unfold from there.
I believe every person arrives with their own history, patterns, sensitivities, and needs. My role is to meet you there, bringing both anatomical understanding and intuitive awareness into the session.
The Way of the Heart
The work I offer is guided by the way of the Heart. A way of meeting life with presence, curiosity, and reverence.
I embody a heart-centered, grounded presence in each session. Through deep listening, my hands are guided to the areas of your body that may be constricted by patterns of tension or compensation. Whether these patterns are physical, emotional, or energetic, the work offers space to meet them with awareness and care.
I invite connection to your body, remembrance of your innate freedom, and ritual for the Soul – supporting you and your body toward regulation and slowing down. An invitation to step away from the fast-paced world and soften into receiving.
It is an honor to walk alongside you on this path of slowing down.
Ready to Slow Down?

Where you can soften out of the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through awareness, breath, and touch.
Sukhino Bodywork and Massage is an invitation into that space — a place to receive, connect and soften into your body.

Reverence for the name
Sukhino (soo-kee-noh): From the ancient language of Sanskrit. Sukhino is translated to mean joy or happiness. It is plural for "Sukha", which can translate to a state of freedom from suffering. This word is commonly used in a prayer, "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu — May All Beings Be Happy and Free". I view this prayer as guidance for living life more through Soul.
